Commitment to Campus

Ignite NCSU is focused on a campus transformation movement fueled through prayer and worship unto various expressions of missions to reach the lost. We are committed to pray and fast regularly for the RDU campuses, to disciple and raise up leaders, and build relationships to serve and encourage the Body of Christ.

 

Regional/City Commitment

Ignite NCSU is committed to the city of Raleigh and the RDU region. Our desire is to build relationship within the local churches, with other campuses in the region, and with the ministries that are serving and building in the region.  We are intentional in developing personal relationship with local leaders and inviting them into our community as accountability and a source of wisdom, encouragement, and guidance.

What We Do

Our mission is to encourage and equip young adult leaders through a campus house of prayer, training programs, and local and global missions.

 

This threefold mission involves the following:

 

1. Maintaining an expression of prayer and worship as our central focus for the transformation of the campus, city and the nations. 

 

1. Building an authentic local community of believers that exemplifies our vision and values through loving, praying, training, and outreach/missions community.

  

1. Training and releasing leaders and revivalists who will proclaim Jesus in every sphere of culture and operate in supernatural demonstrations of the Kingdom of God. 

 

 

What We Believe

Core Values

 

• Jesus: Jesus is our leader. We gather around His presence and teachings to make Him known.

 

• Prayer & Worship: Intimacy with the Father through prayer, adoration, meditation/singing scriptures, and intercession is the center of our mandate to enjoy the love of the Father and partner with Holy Spirit to see his Kingdom come.

 

• Missional Living: We believe there is no campus, city, or nation too hard for Jesus to reach. The Gospel has complete power to revolutionize lives and change entire nations. We live our lives on mission as image bearers of God's love and power.

 

• Discipleship: We are committed to authentic and transparent communities of love and modeling lifestyles of encouragement, vulnerability, and biblical study with each other through discipleship and training.

 

• Multiplication: We want to see the light of the Gospel shine bright in every area on campus and city. We are passionate about encouraging and equipping young people to start missional communities in unreached areas and groups on campus and in their city.

 

• Campus & City-Wide Impact: We have faith to see entire campuses and cities transformed by the love of Jesus. We are intentional about working with other campus ministries and local churches to see campuses and cities saturated with the love of Jesus and the power of the Gospel.

 

• Honor & Unity: We love unity because Jesus does. We champion the work of the local church and are intentional about building relationships among the young and old.
