Who We Are

CYP is a gathering of College students and Young Professionals focused on growing closer to one another, so that we can ultimately grow closer to Christ. Our group is made up of College students and Young Professionals from Sanford, Lake Mary, Deltona, Debary and the surrounding areas. 

What We Do

While we partner with Intervarsity on campus, our main gathering is off Campus on Sunday evenings at 7:00pm. We meet in "The Hangar" at Central Baptist Church. Located at 3101 West State Road 46, in Sanford, Florida, we have a time of fellowship, worship and diving into studying God's word together. Afterwards, we break out into groups to further study the topic and hear from one another. Everything we do is focused around establishing Christ - centered community. From the time you walk in the doors, to the time you leave. We want you to know that "You are loved at Central."

What We Believe

• We believe in the inerrancy, infallibility and inspiration of the Bible.
• We believe in the Trinity: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus) and God Holy Spirit.
• We believe in the virgin birth, the sinless humanity and deity of Christ, the substitutionary death and the bodily resurrection of Jesus from the dead.
• We believe that man is born a sinner by nature and by choice.
• We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through repentance and faith in Christ alone.
• We believe that those who trust Christ as their Savior will spend eternity with Him in heaven and those who do not will be punished in an eternal, conscious separation from God in hell.
• We believe in the imminent return of Jesus Christ to the Earth.
