Who We Are
We are a church that has a passion for Jesus and for college students so it’s no surprise that our church body consists of mostly college students and young adults from in and around the Greater Boston area. We have students from Boston College, Boston University, Babson College, Bentley College, Berklee College of Music, Gordon College, MCPHS, Northeastern University, Wellesley College and more!
What We Do
We believe in the importance of meeting together to study the Word, pray and worship our God! Here are some ways we do that:
SUNDAY SERVICE
Each week, we gather together to worship at two separate sites for three Sunday services. Our Fenway site (9:30am) is located in the Fenway/Mission Hill area and our Comm Ave site (9am & 10:30am) meets right near Boston University.
ENCORE
On Friday nights, we unite as a Symphony college community to worship, hear a message, and fellowship together at Match Charter Public School (1001 Commonwealth Ave). Encores are from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
FAMILY GROUP
Family Group is our small group ministry, as well as the heartbeat of our church. Together we worship, study God’s Word, and enjoy fellowship with one another as we strive to build one another up in faith. We have family groups meeting on the various campuses in the Boston area.
What We Believe
Symphony Church is a non-denominational protestant evangelical church. However, Symphony is a member of Acts Ministries International™ (AMI), a community of churches seeking to model the spirituality, vision, and partnership exemplified in the book of Acts. We hold to the statements made in the Apostle’s Creed and we seek to be Scriptural, Communal, Outward-oriented, Prayerful and Empowered by the Holy Spirit. Our full statement of faith can be found on our website.
